Because advertising space is reserved and made unavailable to other advertisers once purchased and approved, all advertising sales are considered final except as outlined below.
Ads That Are Not Approved
Every advertisement submitted is reviewed to ensure it complies with our Advertising Guidelines and Christian values.
If your advertisement is not approved, your payment will be refunded in full to your original method of payment.
Approved Advertisements
Once an advertisement has been approved, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Advertisements removed at the advertiser's request.
- Advertisements canceled before the end of the purchased advertising term.
- Partial or prorated refunds for unused time remaining in a purchased advertising period.
- Changes in business circumstances or marketing strategy after purchase.
Advertisement Removal
Advertisers may request that an advertisement be removed at any time. However, removal of an approved advertisement does not entitle the advertiser to a full or partial refund.
Errors
If we make an error in displaying your approved advertisement, we will work promptly to correct the issue. Correcting an error does not constitute grounds for a refund unless required by applicable law.
